We offer Royal Mail International Tracked shipping. After an order is placed, it takes approximately 5 days for production before it is shipped.

I had a double name necklace created with both of my daughter’s names. The necklace is absolutely gorgeous and I love it. Unfortunately the clasp was faulty upon arrival. I reached out to customer service in which they were very helpful and told me they’d be happy to provide a returns label and would replace the clasp for me. Unfortunately I am away on holiday for two weeks this weekend and really wanted my necklace with me on holiday so I had my clasp replaced in my local town from my other silver necklace I owned. Abit of a shame I have taken a clasp from another of my necklaces but that was my choice so I could have it with me on my holiday.
But overall the necklace is absolutely stunning and customer service is prompt at replying and helpful. Thankyou
