Delivery Information
The vast majority of our products are personalised. Each item is designed and crafted by our in-house team. Please allow up to five working days for production before your order is dispatched.
Our dedicated team of in-house designers creates each order with care and attention to detail. Please fill out the form accurately to prevent any errors in spelling or incomplete postal addresses, as we are unable to take responsibility for such mistakes.
UK delivery
We use Royal Mail. The timeframes below are estimates from the date of dispatch:
- Standard delivery: 4-8 working days
- Priority delivery: 2-3 working days
We will email you a dispatch confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our workshop.
Import duties (overseas customers)
You may be charged import VAT and local duties. These costs are the customer’s responsibility. If you refuse delivery and the items are returned to us, any associated costs will be deducted from your refund.
International delivery
International delivery is available on most products. The delivery cost is calculated at checkout based on destination, size and weight.
Delivery timeframes for international orders are as follows:
Western Europe
Please allow 2-5 working days from dispatch.
Ireland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, France, Germany, Monaco, Greece, Portugal, Italy and Spain.
Rest of Europe
Please allow 5-10 working days from dispatch.
