Shipping & Delivery Information
The vast majority of our products are personalised. Each item is designed and crafted by our in-house team. Please allow up to five working days for production before your order is dispatched for standard delivery orders. Our priority service pushes your order to the front of the queue, meaning it can be dispatched much faster (Please see turnaround times below).
On rare occasions, there may be a fault within the production process which may cause the priority order dispatch target to be missed, and instead dispatched one working day later. If we miss the priority target dispatch date, you are eligible for a full refund of the priority upgrade cost. Your order will still be handled as a priority, and shipped with a faster delivery method. These production faults are rare, and currently happen with less than 1% of all priority orders.

Our dedicated team of in-house designers creates each order with care and attention to detail. Please fill out the form accurately to prevent any errors in spelling or incomplete postal addresses, as we are unable to take responsibility for such mistakes.
